Proposing deletion for lack of notability

Fails notability guidelines for books. Google search returns minimal ISBN recognition. Not published by an academic publishing house - 'Gracio Editor'. No refs to it in other books that I have found. Certainly the subject is notable, and we already have an article on it, but there is nothing to indicate that this is as yet recognised as a notable publication on the theme.
